Prospect Legal, trading as Haven Claims, are the UK Claims Handling Agent for Haven Insurance. We are part of the Granite Group, and our dedicated team have expertise in all areas of Motor Claims. From first notification of loss, to the settlement of some of the largest and most complex cases. Specialising in niche motor cover, our industry and market knowledge enables us to create bespoke products for our policy holders. Our staff provide a first-class claims handling service, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. At Prospect we employ some of the most experienced claims specialists in the industry to look after our customers and protect Haven Insurance.

Twelve years ago, a small office comprising of three people embarked on a journey to transform Prospect Legal into the over two-hundred employee strong business it is today. Acquisition of talent, encouragement of personal development and our rapid expansion has put Prospect Legal firmly on the path to become the UK’s number one niche insurer.

In 2007, Prospect Legal won the rights to the Haven name through tenure, which incited the growth of the business. We joined eight other companies under the Granite Group umbrella, acting as the risk carrier for Haven Insurance. Prospect Legal deals directly with the policy holder following a motor incident, and works tirelessly to resolve the claims fairly and respectfully towards the policy holder.

Then, Prospect Legal took the step to change how we traded. We are still Prospect Legal, but to communicate with our key stakeholder, the consumer, we trade as Haven Claims. This works for our customers, our people and our business. It is a unique business model, and one which we believe distinguishes us from the rest because we are able to provide the quality service that we do.
